Signature Reformer - Level 1 & 2

Our signature mixed-level reformer class - with layered progressions and options throughout, the class allows you to work at your own pace while being appropriately challenged. This class is beginner-friendly.


Focusing on the key principles of the Pilates method with some contemporary twists, you’ll refine form, alignment, and mind-body connection while building strength and control. Whether you’re establishing your foundation or deepening your practice, this class will help you move with confidence and precision.

Dynamic Reformer - Level 3

Our intermediate reformer class - designed for those who have attended at least 5 Signature Reformer classes and are ready to build on their foundations and move with greater intensity and fluidity. Expect a lot of the same flows - but in a faster-paced, full-body workout that challenges strength, coordination, and control.


With more complex sequences and flowing transitions, this class will elevate your practice while continuing to refine form, alignment, and mind-body connection. Ideal for clients confident on the reformer and looking to progress their practice. This class will leave you feeling strong, energised, and accomplished.

Signature Mat Pilates - All Levels

Our signature mixed-level mat Pilates class - designed to support both those new to mat work and more experienced clients. With layered progressions and options throughout, you can move at your own pace while still feeling appropriately challenged.



Focusing on the key principles of the Pilates method, you’ll refine form, alignment, and mind-body connection using controlled, bodyweight exercises. We incorporate a range of props and light dumbbells to add variety, deepen movements, and build strength. Whether you’re building your foundation or advancing your practice, this class will help you develop strength, stability, and confidence on the mat.

Power Mat Pilates - Level 3

Power Mat is our strength-focused mixed-level mat Pilates class - blending Pilates principles with a more athletic, gym-inspired approach. Designed for all abilities, the class offers layered progressions and options so you can work at your own pace while still being challenged.


Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and control using a combination of bodyweight exercises, props, and dumbbells. While the intensity is higher, the focus remains on form, alignment, and mind-body connection - keeping every movement precise and purposeful. Whether you’re looking to build strength or elevate your practice, Power Mat will leave you feeling strong, energised, and empowered.

Signature Barre -

All Levels

Signature Barre is our signature mixed-level barre class - designed for all abilities - no dance experience or coordination required. With layered progressions and options throughout, you can move at your own pace while still feeling the challenge.


Blending Pilates principles with ballet-inspired movement and strength training, this energising, full-body workout focuses on small, controlled pulses that create a deep, effective burn. Expect to build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance and coordination, all while moving to an uplifting rhythm. You’ll leave feeling strong, sculpted, and seriously energised.
